Session times can be 30, 45 or 60 minutes and tailored to your needs.

Seniors Group Classes
Our Senior Group Classes are designed to help older adults stay active, strong and independent through safe, structured exercise. Each class is capped at 24 participants to ensure everyone receives guidance and support throughout the session. Developed by our Senior Exercise Physiologist and Physiotherapist, Scott, the program focuses on the key physical qualities that support healthy ageing.
Sessions include exercises to build strength, improve mobility, develop stability and coordination, and support cardiovascular fitness. Classes are suitable for a range of abilities and provide a welcoming environment where participants can move confidently, maintain their independence and continue enjoying an active lifestyle.
